I had guests from Japan visiting the Islands and we took them out to dinner the other night.  We went to one of my favorite restaurants called Kai.  It is basically Japanese Teppanyaki Style cooking but the items on their menu is unique and delicious.

It was Mother's Day on Sunday and a lot of restaurants were busy.  I happened to be in the Pearlridge Mall area and the Denny's had a line outside and it was only about 9am.
